Together, they run their 70-acre family farm in the beautiful Huon Valley, south of Hobart, where they live and nurture food from the soil to turn into great meals for the farmhouse table. Matthew Evans runs his family small business, Fat Pig Farm, near the Huon River in Southern Tasmania with his partner, Sadie Chrestman. We run a weekly farmhouse feast, and we run hands-on cooking and gardening workshops on occasion, too. We're taking lots of Fat Pig Farm goodies including our Christmas Hams, plus Beef and Pork Sausages.
